As a Customer Service Representative you will represent the company and act as an internal liaison handling customer orders, inquiries and complaints to ensure complete customer service and customer satisfaction. You will have extensive phone contact on a daily basis with various customers placing and handling their orders.
Primary responsibilities will include:
• Order entry and/or release to include credits and debits
• Order tracking, expediting
• Coordinating delivery schedules in order to satisfy customer requests
• Maintaining/updating customer information in the system
• Expediting emergency requests
• Documenting and amending customer complaints
• Researching order history and/or open orders per customer request
• Shipment follow-up
• Coordination with support areas - purchasing, billings, sales, traffic, and warehouses
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Individual must be detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
Must be able to interact effectively with sales and support teams. PC experience (Microsoft Word, Excel) is required for this position.
