We are currently seeking a Manager of Business Analysis. This unique role will be part of our core National Account business team, located at our corporate offices in Morton Grove, IL. On a daily basis, you’ll evaluate and make recommendations to improve returns, identify risks and opportunities, and research reasons for variations from pro-forma and budget projections. Longer term, you’ll lead the strategic account planning process, recommend and implement processes and controls that proactively monitor and improve business results, provide experience-based insight into the RFP process, and evaluate and make recommendations regarding business trends.
This role is for an experienced, strategic thinker with a minimum of 8 years of experience in an analytical financial role. Some or all of the following experience is a strong plus: a role that included significant interaction with a sales team; experience building business cases, conducting analyses and reporting results; auditing experience.
As a strong business partner to the National Accounts team, as well as senior management, you will lead and participate in a variety of challenging projects with direct impact on the strategic direction of the organization.
Other qualifications and characteristics leading to success in this position include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA is a plus.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact across all levels and functions of the organization.
- Energized by a fast-paced environment; able to meet tight time tables and change priorities as required.
- Project team leader and/or supervisory experience
- Proven record of process improvement, highly organized & detail-oriented
- Systems proficiency to include Excel, PowerPoint. Access/AS400 query applications/ and/or JD Edwards knowledge is a plus; however, the key requirement is a systems- savvy work style that allows you to quickly learn and apply relevant technology.
