During the customer planning process, we work with our customers to define precise delivery requirements for all products and locations.

Once we understand each customer’s delivery requirements, we align our carrier base to optimally service those requirements. To accomplish this, we use a variety of delivery services from truckload to small-parcel carriers. Our selection of carriers is based on the complexity of the environment, average order size, timing of the delivery window, and the customer-specific delivery standards at each location.
