The Purchasing group is currently seeking an Inventory/Replenishment Coordinator to assist in servicing and ensuring inventory for assigned national accounts. The qualified candidate will work closely with an inventory management team to maintain appropriate inventory levels for assigned clients providing support to the team in the following areas:

• Assists in preparing replenishment forecasts.
• Analyzing inventory levels.
  
• Maintain inventory levels to support 100% fill rate on New Store Orders.
  
• Processes purchase orders.
  
• Following up on open purchase orders.
• Expediting.
• Report generation and review.
• Manage aged inventory issues.
• Investigate and resolve A/P issues.
  

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent computer, organizational and communication skills. Position involves heavy phone contact with suppliers and carriers.  Candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills and be results oriented.  PC proficiency including strong Excel and prior inventory management experience is required for this position; E3 is a plus. Individual must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A college degree and some retail experience preferred.
