We are currently conducting a search for an Inventory Accountant/Analyst. This position is located at our distribution center in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. In this role you will develop and implement warehouse inventory control procedures along with coordinating and managing daily physical cycle counts.

Other responsibilities include:

• Researching and reporting causes of count variances
• Managing accurate physical inventory cycle counts, detailed records and schedules to accomplish cycle counting goals.
• Generating accurate reports for management and clients explaining variances.
• Auditing the Distribution Center’s processes related to picking, receiving, replenishment and shipping and applying specific controls when appropriate.
• Developing and implementing process improvements along with the distribution center management.

The qualified candidate will have Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting with 2-3 years of business experience.. The individual must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills, and be a self-starter who requires minimal direction and is capable of working well in a team environment. PC proficiency including strong spreadsheet skills is required. Individual must have a high level of organizational skills and a willingness to learn and take initiative. Candidate must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks.
