We have an immediate position available in the Data Integrity department for a Database Integrity Analyst. In this position, we are seeking an organized, highly detail orientated, reliable individual with excellent problem-solving, analytical and computer skills.

In this position, you will provide database maintenance as directed. Responsibilities include:

• Item Master and Item Branch Master Maintenance
• Creating new item numbers (SKUs) for products.
• Cost maintenance on our products.
• Reviewing existing data and making updates as necessary.
• Obtaining product weights and measures from Operations and updating the Item Master as necessary.
• Updating item cross references and customer alias numbers as needed.
• Maintaining preference profile rules on item setups.
• Address Book Maintenance
• Adding new customers to our system as needed.
• Adding new carriers to our system as needed.
• Performing updates on existing customers as necessary.
• Vendor Master Maintenance
• Adding new product vendors to the vendor master.
• Updating vendor master information as necessary.
• POD Rebate Maintenance
• Adding and updating new rebate information into the POD rebate table where needed.
• Reviewing table for errors.
• Providing backup to Data Integrity and Client Reporting Manager
• Processing and sending client billing recaps as needed.
• Reviewing and processing price & cost exception reports.

Qualifications:

• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• A high level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency using Excel.  Strong preference for an individual with AS/400 experience.
• Proven problem-solving skills
• A willingness to learn and take initiative.
• High level of attention to detail.
