If you are a someone interested in putting your retail experience to work and in working 'normal' business hours....this might be a position for you! We are currently seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service team from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Schwarz Supply Source is a national leader in the distribution of packaging and other supply items for national retailers and other industries. We provide our customers with the products and services needed to enhance the management of their supplies. Our services include product selection and cost reduction; planning supply requirements; inventory analysis and management; and distribution. Our customers are major retailers and brands with multiple locations – we currently serve over 30,000 unique locations nationwide. Our products include retail packaging; packing, moving, storage and mailing supplies; office and janitorial supplies; and other supplies needed to run a successful ‘storefront’ operation.

We are currently seeking individuals who will be responsible for:

• Order entry and/or release to include credits and debits
• Order tracking, expediting and re-consigning
• Coordinating delivery schedules in order to satisfy customer requests
• Maintaining/updating customer information in the system
• Expediting emergency requests
• Documenting and amending customer complaints
• Creating return authorizations and issuing credits for non-authorized returns
• Researching order history and/or open orders per customer request
• Creating order templates in order to facilitate the order entry process
• Shipment follow-up
• Coordination with Schwarz support areas - purchasing, billings, sales, traffic and DCs

Requirements:

The ideal candidates must be a self-starter and have good written and oral communication skills. Individuals must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to function cross-departmentally with Schwarz sales and support teams. PC experience is required for this position. 1-2 years direct customer service experience a plus! College degree preferred, but not mandatory.
