We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator in the Packaging 'Box' Sales Division.  This position will work with Customer Service and the Sales Representatives in coordinating and supporting a variety of sales activities for established accounts.  Additional responsibilities include assistance to the sales team in developing increased business within those accounts.

The main responsibilities of this position will be:

  • Solidifying existing customer relationships by:
    • Responding quickly to customer requests, primarily via phone and e-mail
    • Problem resolution
    • Proactively assessing customer satisfaction and presenting ideas for improvement
    • Adding value to our services
  • Handling customer projects (proposals, new programs, requests)
  • Internal liaison for accounts as required with other departments
  • Working with the purchasing department to source new products; setting up new products in the system
  • Working with sales and product marketing on the introduction of new products
  • Maintaining the customer's information on the E-Commerce site
    • Creating and updating templates, user maintenance


Qualifications for this position include:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, account coordination or sales
  • Good organizational, priority and time management skills
  • The ability to work effectively as a member of a tem
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel required
  • Knowledge of distribution processes and IS systems is a definite plus
